Includes 6 hrs per day running the show and stepping in where needed. 10 hours prep organizing tasks and communicating with folks. 2 hrs contingency.

Latoya will log her hours and be paid a portion of profits after expenses have are paid.

In 11 hours (5:37AM), I'll commit this budget to our list of pre-approved budgets if there are no objections.

Pickup Foods by Delaney (3 Hrs)

two out of three days we need stuff picked up from starbucks in the AM and a whole foods order for snacks

one day (11/11) we need lunch for 50 kiddos. probably from pizza d.

Get Tees Lined Up by @JS Makkos (20 hours)

2 hours acquiring supplies, 4 hours setting up art and getting screens, 2 hours prep, 8 hrs printing and heat pressing, 4 hrs set up break down & monitor store.

Design Tee, Instagram, and Badge by Phil (5 hours)

create a basic single screen “entangled intelligence” t design and a badge design that can be printed with joseph’s label maker and add a template for social work.
